* Please note that teeth cleaning is an additional £5 on top of the cost quoted for your groom

* You may incur an additional de-matting charge, should we discover that your dog is severely matted. We will always endeavour to untangle and matts within the quoted price of a full groom, however in some circumstances additional time will be needed and in severe cases, clipping off may be required. We will be sure to discuss this with you prior to carrying out any “clipping off”. De-matting charges start from £5.

* We also wish to kindly inform you that our salon operates a no tolerance policy to Fleas. Please do not bring your dog to the salon if you know or suspect that they have fleas. If we discover that your dog has fleas upon arrival to the salon, the groom will be politely refused or you will be contacted to collect your dog immediately.
